United Way's 2-1-1 helpline offers health and human service information, referral, assessment, and crisis support to help callers find the assistance they need to address every day challenges. We also partner with Westchester and Putnam County's Departments of Social Services to recruit for more foster parents. We are responsible for screening and registering callers to attend foster care orientations.
