ME DHHS - Cumberland CountyMateo has a big personality and heart to match. He has big dreams for himself of becoming an astronaut (or a wrestler). Mateo has been in and out of foster care for the majority of his life, but lives with his uncle who is very supportive of his dreams and a great mentor. Mateo does hope to one day reunite with his mother.
Mateo talks about space constantly and is convinced he will be the youngest boy from Maine to go to Mars. He loves his sandbox, the beach, and is sad it's winter time and he can't have those things for awhile. This gift is the perfect, zen experience for little Mateo whos dreams could reach the furthest galaxies. He will be so excited to find it under the tree this Christmas.
