Isabel and her twin brother were born prematurely. They are both still in the hospital but are hoping to be discharged very soon. Isabel is likely to be discharged first as she has progressed more quickly than her brother and is expected to go home next week. The family is living in extreme poverty but has cribs since they already have twin 2 year olds. The family does not have a car but the Division will be purchasing them two new infant car seats as they will have to get rides or take a taxi back and forth to medical appointments. The family has a double stroller for the older twins but could use a Snap n Go for the infants to better safely manage all of the children at a time. This Snap n Go is lightweight and easy to fold and will be of great assistance so one parent can attend the appointments while the other stays home with the other children.
