Abilities FirstEstefani is a lovely, easy going little girl with thoughtful eyes and independent personality delight all who provide care for her. A lover of one-on-one interactions, she can frequently be found working on goals from school and school projects, learning how to use her motorized wheelchair or enjoying the classroom rocking chair. A lover of music class, she can bang on the drum and play with the rain stick She is currently learning how to hold a spoon and her teachers are hopeful she will eventually learn to feed herself! She has global delays and a seizure disorder. She has a feeding tube for her medications, and reliant on others for her daily needs.
Estefani is working on using her hands and working on fine motor control. This has helped her with eating, feeding herself and also controls on her chair. This will help her improve those skills and learn to be more independent as she progresses.
