Jay has been in foster care his whole life, and this will be his second Christmas away from his parents. He is growing up fast and is walking and running all the time trying to get into anything he can touch. He is a fashion guru and loves to look stylish. He also loves cars and being on the move, so this present will surely make him grin ear-to-ear on Christmas morning.
