Allen has lived in many different places and faced many difficult situations that he has overcome. He recently moved into his own place and has become a strong advocate for himself. He is speaking up about his goals for his future and taking the steps to accomplishing them. Allen is working and paying his bills on his own. He is learning what it takes to become a productive member of society.
Allen has expressed that he would like a space heater for Christmas. He said that it would be nice to have on hand sometimes and he'd feel better having one around. Allen said that the heat in his place isn't always reliable and isn't distributed evenly so a space heater would help in those situations. Allen would be very grateful for this gift.
