Chris is a hard-working college student who is quite shy at first. One of the ways he connects with people and forms friendships is through shared game-playing. He would be VERY excited to receive the dream of a Nintendo switch so that he can have a tool to help him make friends at his new 4-year university. This wonderful gift will also help Chris relax during his holiday break, which can seem very long for former foster youth who remain on campus. Chris is especially hoping for a switch because he can connect it to a monitor and use full size controllers (which is important given that he is 6 and 1/2 feet!). Thank you for considering his very special wish!
Chris is 21 years old and lives in CA
Chris is a super smart young man who has overcome great barriers to make his way to a 4-year university. Chris is hoping to become a scientist after earning his bachelor of science degree in Chemistry. Initially somewhat shy, Chris is truly a gentle giant (he is 6' 5"!). He is incredibly kind, warm, and empathic. He cares greatly for his friends and the other youth who participate in our foster care support program. Chris is very new to our campus and to our program, but has already made an impression on us all as someone who is a super wonderful and generous community member.
