A Lego set for Daniel for Christmas who won't have anything under his tree

Daniel's family is very poor and struggling. Daniel will not have anything for Christmas this year because his parent's can't afford it. The caseworker is requesting this Lego set for him to have something under the tree from Santa!
Daniel is 9 years old and lives in NJ
Daniel is going to school for the first time, starting Pre-K in the Fall. He is worried about going to school because he loves staying home and playing with Thomas the Train toys and watching Thomas the Train on TV. He has a scooter he loves to ride and is just the most adorable, active, fun loving kid ever. He has a great imagination and plays well with others but he is still apprehensive about school.
