A Special Holiday Surprise for Jayde who is a NJ Foster Scholar

Jayde is proud member of the NJFC Scholars Program, and is working so hard in college. While the holidays are super exciting for a lot of people, they also can be difficult for individuals impacted by foster care, and especially for those without the support of a traditional family structure. This holiday, we would love to make sure Jayde remembers just how great they are by having them choose a special gift for themselves!
Jayde is 23 years old and lives in NJ
Jayde is in her sophomore year at Montclair State University and will be graduating in 2023. She then plans to enroll in graduate school for her Master of Education Degree, and become an English teacher. She is a proud member of the NJFC Scholars Program, which provides funding for youth who have experienced foster care and are seeking a post-secondary degree at an accredited two-year or four-year college, university, or a career/technical school. Jayde's favorite animal is a penguin, and she loves watching Netflix and playing video games in her free time.
