This bath and lotion set will give the foster parents some added help in making sure that Tess is ready for a new beginning and a new day. Hopefully it will make bath time more manageable.
Tess is 1 year old and lives in OH
Tess is a beautiful little girl. She is brand new to foster care and we want to give her the best start possible. She is underweight and also has some developmental delays. She has the most beautiful smile and is the sweetest thing.
