Through this program, she is developing essential life skills to prepare for adulthood and independence. She currently works as a CNA, providing compassionate care to the elderly. Beyond her work, Jasmine is determined to continue her education and pursue opportunities to help her build a successful future. Despite the challenges she has faced, Jasmine remains focused on her goals and is eager to learn, grow, and create a bright future.

Jasmine is getting ready to transition into independent living in just a couple of months. As she prepares for this exciting new chapter of her life, she’s busy gathering all the essentials to make her first place feel like home.
