The diaper bag is needed so that the foster parents can take Tess places and have all of her essentials on hand. You never know when a baby will need something while you are out and about.
Tess is 1 year old and lives in OH
Tess is a beautiful little girl. She is brand new to foster care and we want to give her the best start possible. She is underweight and also has some developmental delays. She has the most beautiful smile and is the sweetest thing.
