Having a grooming and safety kit will keep the foster parents on top of everything that Tess needs. They will be able to take her temperature, give meds if necessary. The grooming kit will also help her to stay as beautiful as she is now.

Tess is a beautiful little girl. She is brand new to foster care and we want to give her the best start possible. She is underweight and also has some developmental delays. She has the most beautiful smile and is the sweetest thing.
