Tess loves being swaddled. These blankets will be an added help in keeping her warm and comfortable. They are designed to have that calming effect on babies and it is just what she needs right now.
Tess is 1 year old and lives in OH
Tess is a beautiful little girl. She is brand new to foster care and we want to give her the best start possible. She is underweight and also has some developmental delays. She has the most beautiful smile and is the sweetest thing.
