The easiest way to travel with a baby is with a great stroller. This one will grow with Tess. The foster parents will be able to get her around in style. It will also give her the opportunity to explore of her world.
Tess is 1 year old and lives in OH
Tess is a beautiful little girl. She is brand new to foster care and we want to give her the best start possible. She is underweight and also has some developmental delays. She has the most beautiful smile and is the sweetest thing.
