This gift would give Tess a place to call her own wherever she may travel. She would always have a safe place to sleep or play when not at home. It would also give the foster parents the ability to take Tess on adventures outside of their home.
Tess is 1 year old and lives in OH
Tess is a beautiful little girl. She is brand new to foster care and we want to give her the best start possible. She is underweight and also has some developmental delays. She has the most beautiful smile and is the sweetest thing.
