Foster Progress/TraverseLemiah is continuing to overcome and show her resilience and is currently enrolled in college majoring in criminal justice. She has a love for true crime and art and hopes to someday become an art teacher, giving back to her community.
Lemiah has now built a connection that gives her peace, hope and excitement through Traverse, a gap year program for young adults from care. Traverse is going to Guatemala to help orphans, explore and have fun. If given the funds for her lodging at the orphanage, Lemiah will have the opportunity to explore all life has to offer while immersing herself in nature and helping younger kids through similar experiences.
