Scarlett would love a photo album in order to create a Lifebook. Scarlett will be creating a Lifebook of all of the special days and moments in her life in foster care. Scarlett is growing up and would enjoy looking back at all of the wonderful moments in her life that she can always cherish.
Scarlett is 3 years old and lives in CA
Scarlett is sweet young child that has resided in a foster home since she was a few months old. Scarlett is an inquisitive child who enjoys exploring her foster home and the outdoors. Scarlett is a happy and has a cute smile that is easily contagious. Scarlett enjoys playing and laughing and overall having fun. Scarlett had endured adversities in her life, however Scarlett is a resilient little girl. Scarlett is a loving and enjoys spending time with her foster parents and other vital individuals in her life.
