Zackery is a 17-year-old boy in foster care. He has been placed in a group home that is hours away from the friends he made at home. This group home has an area for youth placed there to hang out. He is asking for an Xbox 1, which will allow him the opportunity to make friends in this placement. The individuals working with Zackery are optimistic that with age-appropriate peer connections, he will stay motivated and encouraged to work on his GED alongside his classmates. This system also comes with a game so he can start playing right away!
Zackery is 18 years old and lives in GA
Zackery is described as sweet and kind by everyone who meets him. He has enjoyed working in a garden at his group home. Though he is close to some of his family members, none of them are in a position to provide care for him. Zackery is hopeful that he can take advantage of extended youth services through foster care when he turns 18.
