Carson having karate lessons would be excellent for him both physically and mentally. He struggles with ADHD, and having something after school that is more physically intensive will help him do better in school. In addition, he will be excited to be in an environment where he can improve his social skills with someone he admires. These lessons will teach him life skills that he will be able to use for the rest of his life!
