A PlayStation 4 for Gavin to give him back a sense of normalcy during a time full of difficult transitions

Gavin had access to a PlayStation 4 and no longer has access since his removal. His initial placement was at a group home where he had access to many activities, including game systems. He is now in an exciting traditional placement, but they do not have a PlayStation for him to have fun and spend time with his friends online. This wish will mean a return to normalcy for Gavin and give him back a piece of what is missing. Foster care is an experience of loss, and Gavin will be so excited to regain this piece of his life.

Gavin has dreams and enjoys being able to fill his dreams in creative ways. Gavin is working hard to find productive ways to have fun. Gavin struggles academically and socially and can easily fixate on things he likes. He frequently has challenges like moving to a new placement and loves playing games to cope with these transitions. He is working on improving his mental health and utilizing positive rewards. Gavin has a vivid imagination and is so quickly excited when he gets to do things he loves.
