A law was just passed in Colorado requiring people to pay for each bag used. Andrea would love to have these reusable bags so she can do her grocery shopping and not pay for bags at the store. Eventually the stores will no longer have bags to be purchased. Andrea is asking for these black bags that will help her get all her groceries and will hold up over time.
Andrea is 20 years old and lives in CO
Andrea is a caring, kind hearted young lady and loving momma of a little girl, she has lived most of her young life in foster care and kinship care and given the challenges she endured is a very resilient, positive women. She has bounced around different cities in Colorado and is happy to be living in Grand Junction.
