Synthia has had the same phone for quite a while now and has taken great care of it. However, there was an incident where her phone ended up getting cracked and now she struggles to use it on a daily basis. This causes her issues because she uses her phone for work, emails, and for school. She would love to get it fixed so that she can actually type on it for her assignments, respond to emails for work, and use it to stay in touch with friends. Synthia would be grateful to not have to spend additional time getting frustrated that her phone isn't working and be able to just do what she needs to do.

Synthia is an engaging young lady who loves to surround herself with friends. She loves to spend time outdoors and recently started fishing! Synthia is honest, hardworking, and enjoys staying active with basketball and going to the gym.
