She graduated from high school, living in her own apartment, and working full-time at Kay’s Jewelers. She plans to go to college and take business classes and continue her education. She is very motivated and self-sufficient, a diligent worker who became Kay Jewelers' #1 salesperson in the entire region. Emely is a smart, funny, strong woman.

Emely is such a hard worker, and despite her housing in San Francisco being remodeled, she hasn't let that slow her down. She's temporarily relocated to supportive housing in San Leandro, and she's been busy looking for a new job and applying to a culinary program. Emely is really passionate about food and people, and she's hoping to combine those passions into a career someday. Emely is a pro at using public transportation, but she's been having a bit of a tough time getting around since she moved. That's why she's requesting an electric scooter to help her get to and from the station, into town, and to school safely and quickly. With a scooter, she'll have the freedom, safety, and flexibility to continue on her path to independence and success.
