He has a smile that lights up a room and loves to watch his older brother and follow him around. He has been in foster care for a couple of years and is finally working toward permanency in his foster home.
David will love chasing bubbles all summer long! This incredible bubble machine will be the perfect toy he can have fun with now that the weather is warming up.
