Sophia is a sweet young lady who has been having a hard time adjusting to her new reality. With support from her team, Resource parent, and services, she is doing better. Sophia presents with an old soul. She loves journaling, drinking tea, and listening to music. Sophia is an overall special young lady.

Sophia and her siblings were recently placed into care in the same home. They are having a tough time adjusting but are working together to work through their traumas. Sophia's foster family takes an annual trip to Disneyland and have asked all of the siblings to join them. Sophia would love to go to Disney to experience all the magic and create fantastic memories with her foster family and siblings.
