Vinnie has lost and damaged some of his Pokémon cards because he has been keeping them in a plastic bag, and he sometimes forgets to close the bag. A safe and fun place to keep his Pokémon cards would put a huge smile on his face.

Vinnie is a lively, spunky, energetic and friendly young man. He is currently placed with his older brother, his favorite thing to do is to visit with his younger brothers who are placed in another home.
