Cooper has a birthday coming up and would love to celebrate with his friends. He would love to purchase some supplies from Target for the party, but he is not sure of the theme yet and is hoping to get some inspiration when he arrives at the store.
Cooper is 13 years old and lives in NJ
Cooper was placed into foster care with his siblings in 2022 and has had a difficult time transitioning to his new school. He really loves Math and hopes to be an accountant one day. He also loves riding his bike and doing tricks!
