Rain boots for Nova who catches the bus to college and work each day

Nova works part-time and attends classes at the local community college. Nova has plan to transfer to a four-year college after she completes her last year at the community college next year. Nova is studying cyber security and wants to work for the government one day. The weather has been unpredictable and seems to rain almost daily. Nova asks for a pair of rain boots to keep her feet dry on those long bus commutes.
Nova is 20 years old and lives in VA
Nova is an amazing young lady living in a foster home and preparing to graduate high school this next year. Nova has had some struggles since being placed in foster care but she has remained focused in order to graduate high school so that she can go into the Military. Nova is very caring and loves reading and listening to Classical music. Nova continues to be hopeful her family will be reunited one day.
