Neil loves to be outside and always has a ball with him. He needs some pants, since when he plays hard he tends to be kind of tough on clothes! This set of 3 will get him through some months but still allow him the flexibility for fun and games. They are the perfect kind that he can wear both to church and while exploring in the woods.
