Living in foster care has been hard for him and he has been in and out of crisis several times but he continues to have a good attitude. Jacob is a kind-hearted and thoughtful child! He shares his kind heart with the world by helping other children in the facility.
Jacob recently discovered the sport of basketball. He uses shooting hoops as a coping skill. Playing basketball helps him socialize with others. Jacob has never owned his own basketball and would be thrilled to get one for his birthday!
