Arwen was recently placed in foster care. She has struggled some with adjusting. She has not started speaking but has a smile that lights up any room. She likes to be outside and enjoys having books read to her. She also loves all things sparkly.

Arwen is already transitioning to a big girl bed because she has figured out how to climb out of a crib. The foster family has set up a toddler bed for her but she is still in need of some new bedding. Light purple is one of her favorite colors. Whenever she colors, it is the crayon she is always looking for.
