Luca has had a rough start to life, but he's in a safe home with adoring foster siblings. Luca is slowly overcoming some obstacles that he was exposed to before birth and will hopefully start gaining some strength and growth in the near future.
Luca has been going through his monthly allowance of formula through WIC super quickly, his foster parents are needing to buy him extra cans to keep up with his insatiable appetite. A gift card to Fry's would help them meet his needs for a couple of months.
