Alisia would love to have a scrapbook so that she can decorate all her pictures. Alisia shared that she has always wanted a scrapbook since she was little so that she could decorate all the pages with her favorite pictures and memories.
Alisia is 18 years old and lives in CA
Alisia is an amazing young lady who is currently in foster care without her two siblings. Alisia has a long history foster care since she was 6 years old. She has been placed in multiple foster homes and three failed adoptions. Alisia has remained hopeful and focused on keeping her grades up and graduating High School. Her favorite subject is art and loves to paint, draw and overall be creative. Alisia is kind, respectful, responsible and well mannered.
