Jaylen is in foster care. Jaylen's mother died having him at 25 weeks gestation. Jaylen is G tube dependent, has a seizure disorder, cerebral palsy, and brittle bone syndrome, and takes 20 medications per day to survive. Jaylen was placed in a facility that did not want him due to his needs and behaviors. Jaylen is a good kid, however, when he is teased because of the way he looks and behaves, he becomes stressed out quickly.

Jaylen would love to spend the day at Disneyland. He can't wait to meet all of his favorite characters, ride all the fun rides, watch the parade and experience all the magic Disney has to offer!
