A bike for Jonathan to exert some independence

Jonathan received a new bike last year from his Chafee worker. Sadly, he and his foster brothers had their bikes stolen. They even had them chained up. He just recently started going to the outside pool, and he would love to have another bike so he could ride it instead of walking. A bike would give him back some independence and allow him to get to the community center so he can take part in some classes.
Jonathan is 17 years old and lives in MO
Jonathan has not had the easiest childhood. He is holding strong, though, even with his trauma. His new host home has even gotten him to go to the local public pool, which was a big accomplishment. He is trying to start branching out and learning new things. And have new life experiences.
