After aging out of foster care, Marti has found great success and enjoys living independently. She is a motivated, intelligent, and responsible young mother who is overcoming the odds. Marti is a very kind, intelligent, and responsible teen mom of a little boy. While they have both experienced foster care, Marti has beaten the odds, reunified with her son, and obtained her GED due to her hard work and determination. She is continuing her education to become a pharmacy technician. She enjoys math, arts & crafts, dancing, and spending time with her son who she says is doing great and growing very quickly.

Marti is hoping to get a new TV for her room since it's the only electronic device she's allowed to have. Sadly, her old TV broke recently. As a young mother, she and her child enjoy watching Gracie's Corner, an educational and entertaining show. Marti wishes to have a new TV to unwind and spend quality time with her little one.
