Woodfords Family ServicesJeremiah is a lovely young man who is active and loves being outside. He has been making new friends in his foster home and continues to have contact with his biological family. He is helpful around the house and has been able to be independent with his nightly routine.
Jeremiah is eager to join a baseball team at school or through the recreation center, and he's looking to practice with a bat and ball. He enjoys spending time outdoors and wants to pursue this activity. Additionally, he hopes to connect with another child in the household who already plays baseball. They will be able to practice together this summer and be prepared when it's time to join the team.
