Find out more at the link in the orange bar at the top of the site.*** Jacob has recently really started to engage in therapy. One of the groundbreaking events that has happened with Jacob is his ability to identify when he is getting upset and proactively try to control it. Jacob is requesting a punching bag to release pent-up frustration that builds due to past trauma. Jacob also has started to utilize running and sports. Jacob would like a punching bag that he can use when he can't run, or other coping skills are not working.
Jacob is 13 years old and lives in CA
Jacob is a kind and sweet young boy. He is extremely resilient and takes on a caretaker role in the family. Even though he is not currently placed with all of his siblings, he does everything possible to ensure his siblings are doing well.
