Zaria is a happy and talkative baby. She loves to babble and be social with others. Zaria is always smiling and jabbering. Zaria is in a loving, caring home who is providing for all of her needs. Prior to coming into foster care, Zaria faced neglect and was in danger while in a home full of domestic violence. She is now placed with her twin brother and older brother in a home who loves and cares for her very much.
