A car seat for Dante to go home from NICU

Dante is a premie twin and in need of a car seat that will be light and safe for taking him and his twin to and from his doctor's appointments once he is released from the NICU.
Dante is 1 month old and lives in MN
Dante is a premie newborn twin baby. Dante was born at 30 weeks and is under 3lbs. He is strong and working very hard to grow. He is currently in NICU with his twin and hoping to be released in September. Being so small he is in need of a car seat recommended for very small babies as he likely will still be under 5lbs at discharge.
