Eulalia has a birthday coming soon, and she wants anything that has LOL on it. She loves playing with makeup and painting her nails. Eulalia would be extremely surprised and happy to receive the LOL make-up kit for her birthday.
Eulalia is 10 years old and lives in VA
Eulalia is an amazing little girl that was recently placed in foster care with her younger sister. Eulalia loves to dance and sing. She is learning English and gets so excited when she learns a new word. Eulalia has been through a great deal of trauma in her young life but has not allowed that to stop her from laughing and smiling. Eulalia loves to play with her younger sister outside in the yard.
