He has a smile that lights up a room and loves to watch his older brother and follow him around. He has been in foster care for a couple of years and is finally working toward permanency in his foster home.
David will be pretty excited to find a silly dancing Elmo under the tree this year! He loves Sesame Street, and Elmo is for sure a favorite. This cute little Christmas gift will be perfect for him, and it will bring him lots of laughs!
