Lucas needs a laptop to complete his assignments. He will be registering for classes to receive his high school diploma. He is excited that he has the option to check off one of his goals by returning to school. This laptop would sever other purposes as well (job search, online ordering, setting appointments, etc). This will be the perfect tool on his path to success!
Lucas is 20 years old and lives in MO
Lucas has been in foster care since he was born. He's currently on path to graduate high school. He has worked very hard these last years and has grown from a boy to a young man. While in care, he was recently approved to our independent living program, and exceeded all expectations. While in high school, he's gotten a part time job, in accordance with the rules of independent living, and is a role model among his peers.
