Dylan knits with his grandmother; however, wants to learn more crocheting skills. They recall crocheting in foster care, and this activity is tied to some joyful memories during a not-so-joyful time. Dylan has experience with sewing stuffed animals and would like to blend that skill with more crocheting. This Halloween-themed craft would be a great starting point for Dylan to pursue their skills.
Dylan is 28 years old and lives in TX
Dylan entered the foster care system as a teenager and aged out when he turned 18. Despite not having the support of family, he has worked hard to find what he loves and pursue his passions. He has been certified as an EMT and worked on getting a certificate to be a Harley motorcycle mechanic. Dylan has a love of learning and has entered a program for a career in IT. He loves to make others laugh and finds joy in the little things in life. When he isn't dreaming about his future he loves to sit and play games with friends and family both near and far.
