Noah loves Halloween and would love to have a costume to wear while trick or treating. It will not be the same as with his parents, but he is looking forward to having a positive memory.
Noah is 7 years old and lives in IN
Noah is a very energetic and playful little boy. He likes the color blue and he likes to play on his tablet. He said if he could be any animal, he’d be a cheetah. Noah is the youngest child and he has been struggling to be away from his parents while in foster care.
