A special outfit for Angelica's special event

Angelica needs to buy a new, appropriate outfit for an event next week. Angelica recently joined CASA's Youth Advisory Board to participate in advocacy work within the NYC foster care system and use her experience and insight to make positive changes. There is an upcoming fundraiser luncheon that she was invited to attend that is business casual, but she does not have anything to wear! This wish will buy her an outfit she feels great in for her first experience with something like this.
Angelica is 21 years old and lives in NY
Angelica is a kind and timid young woman. She was in foster care starting at three years old and just moved into her own apartment at 20 years old. She loves to cook and take care of people she loves. She hopes to complete high school and go on to get a degree and work in a mental health facility. She is well-mannered and makes everyone around her feel at ease.
