Otis is a little ball of energy. He is very outgoing and loving. Otis is always on the move and is very articulate. He has a terrific memory and is overcoming a lot of past traumas. He loves to play outside when the weather allows and is learning to find things to do inside when it is too cold. He loves building and sports games.

Otis loves to play with others and his asked for this for Christmas to play with his foster family. He is very excited to have something as special as this. He played on a friends and loved it and his family supports him in his Christmas wish. He will bond and have fun time indoors when it is too cold to go outside.
