A new bike for Kay whose old bike has fallen apart

Kay loves to play sports and be outside. She came into care with a bike from her previous foster placement, but it has almost completely fallen apart. She wants to have a bike with ability to shift gears so she can go faster up the hills in the neighborhood and play with her sister. She loves the color red and is more of a tomboy than a girly girl.
Kira (Kay) is 13 years old and lives in NC
Kay is a wonderful, compassionate, kind, loving, and all around amazing young lady. She is an absolute joy to everyone she meets. She is currently in foster care with her sister but has a brother who lives with a separate foster family. Kay has been through so much in her short years on earth but has remained so determined to succeed in school and in life - she wants to become a scientist, singer, and chef. She is artistic, loves animals (especially dogs!), smart, and inquisitive about everything.
