Val is an outgoing person. She is currently receiving services and attending college. She has an aspiration to achieve more for herself and help others. Val has experienced various forms of trauma in her life but continues to persevere. She loves music and to make people laugh. Val is beginning to adjust to college life, residing on campus and making new friends during this next chapter in life.

Valeria has very little familial support. She is a first-year college student, unemployed and has little income. Valeria could use a gift card to get a couple of pairs of new sneakers, as she is always on the go whether it is headed to class on foot, exercising or taking public transportation.
